Northamptonshire Oak were commissioned by Kaybee Developments to create a series of standout oak structures for a new build project in Great Easton. Delivered in carefully planned stages over the course of a year, the work centred around a bespoke three-bay garage with an office above, designed to provide both practical space and architectural presence.

A key highlight of the project is the balcony with a feature truss, adding character and creating a striking focal point for the upper floor. The property also benefits from two fully glazed double-storey frames, bringing an abundance of natural light into the home and showcasing the beauty of the handcrafted oak.
